The Japanese word 'Utsuwa' literally translates as ‘vessel’. Figuratively, it is also a symbol of generosity and humility. The Utsuwa that we use should fill us with a sense of warmth and aesthetic pleasure.

Ceramics are carefully made by hands to be held by hands.
